Offices are available in various sizes (140-323 Sqft / 13-30 Sqm), and are provided to you with everything necessary to sit down and start working at any time. You will find high-quality, attractive furnishings as well as telephone and fax lines. Every office comes standard with ADSL and wireless internet access.
Meeting rooms can be reserved upon request, and four hours per month are included in your contract. Designed to accommodate 8 - 15 people, they are fully equipped with a flipchart, digital projectors and screen, speakerphone and wireless internet access. In the Scorpio building, we are pleased to offer a state-of-the-art videoconferencing system.
Offices cubicles can be a alternative for you to benefit from the same services at a minimum cost. Secure filing cabinets will be provided for your belongings.
Flexible offices are also offered in order for you to benefit from an office facility in Luxembourg (this does not provide a registered office). You will have access on demand to a workstation, telephone line and meeting room for a minimum cost. This can be combined with telephone answering services and/or reception services.
Thanks to our secure card system, you will have 24/7 access to your office (except for flexible offices where you will have access during business hours). Parking spaces are available in the building’s underground car park, with a direct entrance to your office.
A multilingual reception staff will receive your visitors between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Should you wish it, we can also display a plaque of your company’s name or logo at the building’s entrance.
